Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. ProductionBoard.Live does not claim ownership of Customer’s uploaded artwork, customer records, order information, production data, or business records.
Customer grants ProductionBoard.Live a limited license to host, process, display, store, transmit, and back up Customer Data solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the platform.
ProductionBoard.Live uses commercially reasonable safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
ProductionBoard.Live does not sell Customer Data. Information may be shared with hosting providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, support vendors, or legal authorities when necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect legal rights.
